  • No pets are allowed in Ramna Vord.

  • The hirer shall be responsible for any damages or breakages to the property, furnishings etc. during the period of the booking. Please let us know before your departure if any breakages or other damage to the property has occurred so that we can replace the item before the next guests arrive. • Arrival and departure times

  • In order to allow sufficient time to carry out the full cleaning measures between bookings, it is essential that you do not arrive before 3pm on the day of your arrival and that you leave before 10am on the day of your departure. Please leave the property and its contents as you find it, and any used bedding and towels should be left where they were on your arrival.

  • The hirer shall ensure that the standard of cleanliness of the premises is as high on departure as on arrival.
